Within a half hour of that initial contact I was scheduled for a showing on that listing plus a couple others she had suggested that fit my criteria. Janice was a wealth of knowledge and quick to respond in a market where if you arent fast enough the property would go to an agent/buyer team that was. Took us a couple swings to find the right deal as I did not have full cash to offer, but within a few weekends of searching I was under contract and closed in about a month.
