Although it took a year to effect the sale of my property there were factors not related to her job. She conducted numerous open houses and did an absolutely beautiful primt presentation with photo pictures from the apartment. I had an extremely difficult board in my coop who require strict rules as to financial qualifications . She was always in close contact with me and kept me informed me. I would highly recommend her services to anyone seeking an excellent and professional broker.

Seller reviewWhen I needed to sell my parent's home, I called someone from the neighborhood but he was no longer in the real estate business. It was his referral of Janice that began a solid client/agent relationship but more importantly a friendship. That sale was complicated due to Hurricane Sandy damage and being in an estate but Janice walked me through it all. When the time came to sell my own home, I knew exactly who I wanted for an agent. There were many questions and concerns due to the properties having been through Hurricane Sandy but Janice kept in constant contact throughout the entire transactions. Both properties have sold but I still keep in touch with Janice. Her commitment to me as her client has created a friendship I cherish.
