I belive we made the best choice in Sioux City of using Jason to buy our first home. He was personable and easy to interact with, but he also got down to buisness when it called for it. All throughout the process he was calm, collected, and full of knowledge. He was on top of all the new homes that hit the market in our budget, and was very quick with setting up showings for us. It was a pleasure to walk through the home buying process under Jason's guidance and leadership, and I would call him again next time we need to sell/buy a new home.

Jason is excellent at what he does, he pays attention to all the little details and kept us in the loop throughout the entire buying and selling process. He was always available and would answer our questions and concerns in a timely manner. We felt like everything was handled professionally and did not have to worry about anything, as he was always one step ahead of us during the whole process. Jason is easy to talk with and extremely knowledgeable, giving us plenty of information so that we were able to make the best decisions. We would use Jason as our real estate agent again in a heartbeat!
