Jason recently joined the real estate field after spending years in property management services, the customer service industry, and leading a professional sales workforce. His experience has allowed him to develop a work ethic that encompasses a strong natural kick for communication, clear expectations, customer service, and strong negotiation skills.
Jason was born here in Albuquerque, NM, where his father and mother were both born and raised with families that still live here. Jason moved all around the country at a young age due to his father's work. He understands the stress and joy of moving into a new home surrounded by a new community and the importance of having a team behind anyone making a transition. As Jason has a family of seven of his own, he knows how life can be crazy with a move and the emotional drain either selling or buying real estate can place on a small family.
When Jason isn't helping people find their dream homes, Jason can be found spending his time with his family, volunteering at his local church group, and in the community. Jason also enjoys being a volunteer coach for his children, exploring the beautiful state of New Mexico, and driving across the country with his family to see our beautiful country.

Buyer reviewJason and I met after a home offer/purchase transaction went bad with a previous realtor. I was discouraged and anxious about continuing my home search. Jason stepped right in, put me at ease, and assisted me in what turned into a year long property search. He helped with the sale of my previous home by physically clearing my yard with me before the closing date. The check boxes for my ideal property were lengthy, but it didn't phase Jason's patience. We assessed many properties, made multiple offers, thought of scenarios with home repairs, received various quotes from contractors, and faced multiple deals that feel through. Jason was determined to find me a home with unwavering perseverance. We found a property which met my needs, and Jason was there to assist with the deal long after. He owns an endless rolodex of contacts to help on a whim. Jason is knowledgeable, compassionate, pays attention to details, professional, and ethical in all he does.
