When we did find the perfect house, he was extremely helpful at walking us through the offering and negotiating process. He was with us every step of the way - even staying at our new house until 1:00AM in the middle of the winter when we were worried about the furnace malfunctioning! He is easy to communicate with and is very responsive! I definitely recommend Jason to anyone buying or selling their home! I only wish I could give him a rating of higher than excellent.
