Buyer reviewJason is excellent. He was attentive to our needs and patient with all of our questions. Jason was a brother of a good friend, but I wouldn't have gone with him just for that reason. From my initial interactions I believe he established a high level of trust that he would look out for our interests first and foremost regardless of how it affected him. Jason was also instrumental in getting us the best deal in our negotiations. Thereafter, he struck the right balance of keeping us updated on the process and paperwork while not bombarding us with the trivial stuff. I'd recommend Jason to all family and friends.

I felt he took personal interest, above and beyond what he was obligated to do, to ensure the sell of my home was completed without a hitch. He ensured we sold the house at full asking price, and was a voice of reason and calm during negotiations. Me made it his personal mission to ensure I received full value for my home. The buyers agent was extremely inexperienced, and worked at selling real estate as a part time effort. Consequently, she did not communicate well, and often failed to perform needed tasks in the proper time frames. So, he had to help her along to ensure the deal closed on time. Not only does Jason thoroughly understand the legal aspects of buying and selling real estate, he also has a sound understanding of the psychological aspects as well. He walked me through the entire process, making sure I understood what we happening and was comfortable with everything. He was the voice of reason throughout the price negotations, and the requested repairs. He also did a phenomenal job on marketing my home. The photographer he used was exceptional and put together a portfolio of pictures the showed the house in the best light. His work was so well done, that the first offer was at full price! Prior to listing the house in the MLS, we sat down and thoroughly reviewed expectations and requirements. He had performed a through market analysis, and had a suggested listing price, which was higher than I expected. I was thrilled when the house sold at full asking price. I would absolutely use Jason again if I have to move again. He made the entire process easy and comfortable.

Seller reviewHoly smokes Jason was wonderful! I was pretty busy trying to sell my home, plan a wedding and move all within about four weeks. Jason took the task of getting my home listed and sold and he did an amazing job. I was impressed with how professional and knowledgeable he was about real estate and he passed what he knew on to me. I felt comfortable asking questions and knowing I was getting a truthful answer. Jason made selling my home such a positive experience.

Buyer reviewJason Snell answered a call regarding a For Sale sign that we saw. It quickly became apparent that he had something different to offer. We were considering the possibility of not using an agent at all, but the types of questions he asked, his professionalism, and the information he gave us helped both my wife and I decide to use him. Specifically, these are the reasons we chose to use Jason: First, it was clear that he is well tuned to the needs of the real estate market in this area. His expert knowledge gives him an advantage to recognize possibilities that are not apparent to others. Second, he has a track record for negotiating favorable terms for his clients. This is especially helpful for the more competitive situations. Third, his communication skills are outstanding. Jason is very professional, very respectful, and very organized. In addition, throughout the entire process we believed him to be a trustworthy person. However, it wasn't until the sale of our home had been completed that we learned the degree to which he can be trusted - when he offered to pay for something to which that he was not obligated to pay. He had made a mistake with a piece of advice he had given, and because of this, he expressed eagerness to take responsibility and to pay. Our interactions with the staff was limited, but certainly good. We will definitely use him next time we need to buy or sell a house, and would recommend him to anyone in Utah or Salt Lake county.
