He has been clear with his words, punctual, honest, willing to help us with getting viewings of the houses we've been interested in (even at odd hours). Helped us understand what the purchasing procedures are and informed us about addenda's which help clear up information about/have things repaired. He listened to our wants in a home and helped us search for those with those requirements and not try to introduce into homes that had none of the features we requested. I would recommend him to all those I meet who are searching for a new home or wanting to sell.
