We found Jason at an Open House when we were "just looking". We still weren't sure if we were ready to buy a new house and we were unsure of where we would like to move if we did decide to move. We also were unsure if we would sell our existing home or lease it. Since we were in the very beginning stages, I wasn't looking forward to speaking with realtors at open houses because they can seem pushy at times and ask a lot of questions. Jason was just chatting with us at the open house and gave us lots of good information and advice. I was very impressed that it felt like a conversation and not like a sales pitch. We knew if we did decide to look we needed someone very patient because we were in no hurry. I wanted someone very knowledgeable with a lot of experience but not too busy to help us and get back to us quickly. I also wanted someone that I felt cared about our best interest and didn't come across as a used car salesman just wanting to make a sale. Jason was PERFECT! He was so helpful in answering our questions and giving us feedback but was NEVER pushy! I always felt that he was looking out for our best interest. I was looking for specific qualities in our realtor after having bad experiences with previous ones. Jason exceeded all of my expectations. I would highly recommend Jason to anyone and would absolutely use him again.

Jason Taylor was referred by our son-in-law. We currently live outside of Rockford and were able to drive up to look at homes pretty much only late in the afternoon or on weekends since it is a two hour drive from our current home. When we were looking at homes, Jason helped spot problems with the property if there were any and he was quick to point out the positives of each home. Jason is a very motivated seller and had a lot of open houses for us and helped us adjust our price to get the house sold. Jason worked with us to schedule open houses and to gave us plenty of notice for showings on our house which was difficult since we have 3 young children and a dog. He kept us updated on all activity that involved the sale of our house. Jason was very friendly and polite. He was approachable and professional.
