We had been searching for homes on our own and just scheduling showings with listing agents since we hadn't selected a realtor. Jason responded to one of our inquiries and his personality combined with his knowledge made us decide to work exclusively with him. Working with him felt like a natural fit for us. Jason was always available when we had a question, saw a property that we were interested in, and he regularly sent us properties to check out. He took the time to get to know exactly what we wanted and which areas we wanted. As we walked through homes his attention to detail was beyond our expectations. When we found the house we wanted he was at another open house but acted immediately & was able to get our offer in and accepted over another offer. Despite how busy he was he made us feel like we were his only clients. We had a couple of errors during the contract/ escrow portion but he was very patient and assisted us in getting the correct information. He made us feel at ease throughout the entire process, right up to the end when we found a small issue during our final walk through. The issue was taken care of immediately and we couldn't be more grateful! We really couldn't ask for much more from a realtor. Jason is very professional but you also feel like you've known him for awhile. He's easy to work with, works very hard, and his love for his job shows in everything that he does. As mentioned in a previous comment, he made us feel like his only clients. If myself or someone I know needed a realtor I would call Jason. I'm leaving his contact information in my cell phone.

We were extremely happy with how Jason Taylor represented us and our home.There was no question he was a very hard worker. He did an excellent job making sure to put pictures of our home on the internet,thinking to put for sale signs in the front and back yard,and having open houses bringing many clients through. He took time to answer any calls and would send emails regularly,and many times after hours.He couldn't have made the closing any easier either. I will absolutely recommend him to anyone.
