Buyer reviewI called on a few brokers. I had a conversation about my property search with each one of them. Only Jay illustrated a substantial amount of knowledge and experience when dealing with land and cabins. It was easy to solidify my decision to work with Jay after he made it clear he knew the industry, the local market, and the process. After Jay helped me purchase a property, I was asked to review Jay based upon a list of about 10 business and relationship based words, I did not select the word excellent to describe him lightly. I really thought about the choice and the word excellent truly describes the process and him personally.
