Working with Jayne Burkholder was very refreshing. We had worked with a previous realtor last year, and I felt that realtor was more interested in selling us the most expensive house she could find. Jayne Burkholder was NOTHING like that. She paid attention to what we were looking for and because of her knowledge of the area, she was able to steer us away from areas where we would not have wanted to live. Jayne Burkholder got to know us, did her own research when I gave her a list of houses that I was interested in, and I believe saved us valuable time by NOT looking at every house. Jayne Burkholder was very friendly, polite, responsive to ALL of my many emails, and conducted herself in a professional manner.
