I researched (internet) many local agents/brokers prior to our move. Jayne Land stood out as being knowledgeable about the area, hardworking and genuinely interested in finding the right home for her clients. She proved that in working with us. At one point, we had a contract on a house in which our financing fell through. Jayne worked very hard to ensure that our deposit wasn't lost in the process. She was also instrumental in helping us find other alternatives for financing. Jayne gets extra stars for patience! She worked diligently with us for well over a year to find just the right property for us, even though my husband and I didn't always agree on what that "perfect home" was! We are so grateful to Jayne for hanging in there with us, tirelessly working until we finally found it!
