Jayson did an amazing job he went above and beyond for us. He made our buying experience pleasant. We ran into a few bumps in the road but Jayson talked us though it and helped us to understand what was going on. Well let's see this was our 1st time buying and if it wasn't for Jayson helping us thru all the bumpy roads I would have given up. This was our first time dealing with a buyers agent and It was a wonderful experience. I was glad he contacted us, otherwise we would have still been lost on what to do. I mean, we almost lost out on the house we wanted to buy because the bank I had gone with at the beginning was taking too long to process things but then Jayson came to the rescue and recommend us to Loan Depot. At that point, we had a little under a month to redo most of the process but they got it done and I was so thankful for Jayson's recommendation. I was also able to get a conventional loan instead of the FHA loan I had with the previous bank. I had my worries and doubts since my luck isn't the best but Jayson reassured me that things would be okay and they were! Everything worked out in the end and now I have a wonderful house to call home, it has been a long time coming. Jayson was with us every step of the way and I appreciated everything he has done for me and my mother. He did an amazingly good job. And I will recommend him a thousand times over to anyone looking for a house and or agent!! He is our realtor for life!! I appreciate and thank you Jayson, very very much!!
