The whole house buying/selling process is one I find particularly aversive in general, and also Jayson is there every step of the way to manage and guide us through the stress. Working with Jayson, you immediately get the impression that he's there for you, he's got your back, he's going to bat for you, he's got you. I can't quantify that, but if you're anything like me (ie, high anxiety and stress prone ?), you know what I mean and how invaluable this is. He's one you'd want by your side going into those challenging interpersonal situations many of us would rather avoid yet have to face as a part of the process.
