Freinds gave an A+glowing recommendation of Jean (they had recently bought their house with her) and after one meeting we knew she was the realtor for us. But it's important to understand: we were just visiting these friends for one day and had never thought about buying a house in Apalachicola. We first met Jean on a walk, through the Historic District neighbourhood. She was out in her garden, and we liked her immediately. Well, after a few short hours we fell in love with Apalachicola, and on a lark decided to look at a couple of homes. We asked Jean to show them to us. As it turned out: We fellin love with a house on La Fayette Park... Signed on with Jean.. And she expertly guided us through putting in an offer and a successful full price bidding war. We ended up staying 3 days and left with a house we love. But that was only the beginning she continued to be there for us at every twist and turn..evenings.. weekends.. whatever.. She set up a schedule with the goal to close in one month. She helped us with arranging for engineering and inspection reports, WDO, 4 Point & Wind MIT, Title Insurance and House Insurance.. I should also point out.. I am an architect, not the easiest of clients... I asked a lot of questions and she either had the answers or knew who did. Also... I mentioned we were only there for 3 days.. We were on an RV adventure that included getting married in Arizona and honeymooning out west in our RV where we had limited cell and internet reception. None of this phased our Jean.. she just was persistently pleasant and professional. She got the job done for us! She, and her extremely helpful husband Gary, were there for us every step of the way. I can not say enough about Jean Ulrich. You have a gem! Unbelievable!! Could not... and probably would not.. have bought this home, except for the expert support And guidance I got from Jean Ulrich.

My experience with Jean was random. I called the Realty Company with the desire to speak with someone as a starting point for the sale of my condo. Lucky for me, Jean was available. It was a wonderful relationship from the first encounter. She advised me, answered my questions and eased my fears. I basically did nothing from that point on! She took care of every detail and involved me when it was appropriate. I felt from the start that my goals were her goals and she did not fail me. Professionally, Jean is the ultimate Realtor. Personally, she is warm and caring and radiates a confidence that I found comforting as I was a duck out of water. Recommendation????? 100%!
