Jeanne stuck by my side through thick and thin. I bet I looked at 20 houses and I wrote up 10-12 offers with her before I finally ended up buying. She's great, always answers her phone, or texts and knows the paperwork needed like the back of her hand. She's truly been doing this for yrs and knows how to treat people like humans and not just a number! I can respect that. i was injured in a trip and fall and thought my settlement would come a LOT sooner than it eventually did. At that time five years ago or thereabouts, the broker I was dealing with made me feel stupid and I was offended. Jeanne was working with that broker at the time and I felt comfortable with her. She believed in me, and kept my spirits up through the extremely long process of my law suit. I kept contact with Jeanne but I dropped the broker. Jeanne then introduced me to Chris Wood and we all three eventually and finally came to a successful ending. I have residual injuries from the trip and fall. I have balance issues and Jeanne always kept aware of that. The house I purchased needed railing support in critical areas and saw to it that they were constructed/stabilized for me. Jeanne ran all over many counties with me to look at properties, shared her expertise on the good and bad, and when I found THE house she was a great help in what to offer to make it mine. Jeanne is a GOOD person. She wanted me to be happy with whatever purchase I made. Told me that I would know the perfect house when I saw it. Well I saw it twice. One I was outbid on and the other really wasn't for me in the end. I have already told Jeanne that if she is still in real estate when I am ready to sell, she is going to sell it for me. I could not have found a better negotiator, professional, honest, loyal, dependable, knowledgeable,patient realtor, AND eventually GREAT friend than Jeanne has turned out to be. We will definitely have a GREAT friendship going forward.
