I am looking forward to working with you and learning more about your needs and wants in real estate. I am also glad for the chance to tell you a bit about me. I was born and raised in the Indianapolis area. I attended St. Matthew, then BIshop Chatard HS and graduated from Purdue University. I am from a large family, in fact I am the 9th of 10 children! I believe strongly in a good work ethic and strive daily to go above and beyond the expectations of the awesome customers that I am working with to create a positive experience for them. As a wife and mother of 3 very active children, I understand the balance that is necessary to keep harmony and happiness. I will use that positive attitude and work ethic to keep you informed and knowledgeable as the process unfolds towards your goal!

Not only did she help my wife and I sell both our homes, she helped us find our current home too. All three experiences were outstanding and smooth. Most recently was the sale of my home. Jeanne provided solid advice on what to invest time into preparing the home for sale and priced it to sell well. We had 25 requests for showings in the first 2 days and had an accepted offer within the first 12 hours! She helped us set our expectations accordingly and kept our interests in mind while being fair and professional through and through. Thank you Jeanne!

Buyer reviewJeanne Hutcherson was amazing to deal with. She was there for me every step of the way with buying my house. She reminded me when things were due and what else needed to be done. She even came to my work to pick up some documents so I wouldn't have to miss work. I could get in touch with her day or night. She didn't just disappear after her job was done. She went to my closing with me and took pictures for my mom since she couldn't go to witness me purchasing my first home. Jeanne also got me a first home welcoming basket. It had a ton of things in it that I would need for a first home! She even got my dogs some bones!! She also still sends me updates so I don't forget to do something. I know that if I ever need her I can call and she will pick up. Jeanne Hutcherson is an amazing realtor but also an amazing person. She doesn't just treat you like another paycheck, she treats you like family. I couldn't imagine buying a house without Jeanne as my realtor!
