She went out of her way, more than once, to make sure we were happy, and always responded to any questions or concerns right away. She had to do paperwork for multiple houses that fell through (not her fault in any way), but always did it with a great attitude and eagerness to help. I honestly couldn't imagine going through the stresses of this process without her. Thank you Jeanne for all of the hard work, late nights, counteroffers, and contagious positivity you gave to get us our beautiful home!

Seller reviewIt was clear when speaking with Jeanne that she did not care that this sale was for a Lot vs. House; I could tell that she would approach its sale with the same dedication and professionalism. Jeanne was enthusiastic and cared to learn all she could about the Lot so that she did not need to call on me with questions from prospective buyers unless absolutely necessary. She provided excellent counsel; whether that was gauging market value changes or in negotiations with prospective buyers. I have extremely high praise and appreciation for Jeanne's work efforts on my behalf! Jeanne Knowles is amazing and I most definitely recommend her to other potential sellers and buyers!
