I was looking for a property in Francis mobile home park. I had found one being sold by owner and was about to purchase it. I kept driving by I think the Holy Spirit told me to call Jeannie. I called she came right out. Showed the property to me I thought the price was to high. I thought for a couple days decided to make a offer. I was scared if I gave my offer she'd say it was to low but it was what I would give so she said she'd check and get back to me. She soon called her client gave counter offer I countered again her client said OK. Then with the title agency everything went well.
