Jeannie knew what she was talking about and was there for us whenever we had questions or were nervous/anxious about the process. The ratings speak for themselves, excellent performance. Jeannie treated us like friends instead of like clients to a professional extent and didn't try to pressure us into anything. She was there to help and point out details we had missed.
