Jeannie Nguyen moved to the United States from Vietnam as a young child and is a lifelong resident of Montgomery County, Maryland. The youngest of twelve children, Jeannie was raised in a hard-working and resourceful family. Being the youngest child, Jeannie's parents and older siblings provided a familial and community-based support system emphasizing the importance of hard-work, personal responsibility, shared success and interpersonal relationships. This dynamic, yet structured, environment has molded Jeannie's approach to life, both business and personal.Jeannie graduated from the University of Maryland College Park with a Bachelor of Science degree in the Life Sciences. Following graduation, Jeannie started her career in the biomedical industry and developed her sales expertise as a professional Pharmaceutical Sales Representative with Merck Pharmaceuticals. Jeannie then transitioned her sales and marketing skills into the family business: Title and Settlement Company; Mortgage Loan Brokerage; and Real Estate Sales. This transition provided Jeannie with the opportunity to pursue her true passion, helping families reach their goals of home ownership and prosperity, the real American dream!Jeannie provides a truly professional service to her clients. Seller reviewThis is the first house I have sold. There were a lot of memories in that 22 years of home. She was fantastic at understanding that but also being realistic with what the house sale is about! Jeannie was careful to compliment my choices for my home while explaining what changes work to sell a home. The house had bids less than 24 hours on the market and was under contract just as quickly. I attribute this to Jeannie putting out great staging photos for the "coming soon" ads. She worked with me for hours one evening negotiating with the multiple bidders to help me pick the best option for my sale. It worked out amazingly. I cannot recommend her highly enough. If you want someone who will explain the process clearly while giving strong advice on best practices, Jeannie is the realtor you want!
