Jeff was a pleasure to work with, very accessible, timely, knowledgeable of the area and familiar with multi units and landlord tenant relationship's. I highly recommend Jeff as a realtor when selling a private residence, commercial, and or rental properties.

We did not even think about having anyone but Jeff Bone sell the house for us. He is the best real estate agent I have ever worked with and I know my husband agrees with me about that. As I said previously, Jeff Bone is the best real estate agent we have ever worked with to sell or buy a house. We have bought and sold a fair number of properties and so we have experience in selling and buying houses, as well as experience in dealing with estate agents. We have worked with some very poor examples of real estate agents that were supposed to either sell or find a house for us, and I mean really bad. Jeff Bone has been just incredibly responsive, knowledgable, and helpful thoughout the entire process of buying our house and then selling it for us three years later. We will definitely recommend him to anyone that is looking for a great real estate agent! Please refer to my previous comments, but I will add that Jeff Bone is a wonderful, friendly, knowledgable, and professional agent that anyone should work with to buy or sell their house, land, or any other type of property. We always knew that we were getting our information very quickly and what we were being told was the truth. He explained what was going on every step of the way and we felt that our entire transaction with the house was always in extremely capable hands.
