I consider myself very fortunate to have lived my whole life in the Hardin's Chapel Community of Greene County. The North East Tennessee area is truly a beautiful place to live and raise a family. This is very important to me because my family has always been the top priority in my life. I built my own house, and still live today on the same family farm that I grew up on. Being a native of Greene County, I know the area, the people, and all the benefits of living in such a wonderful place.After spending most of my career in management and supervisory positions, I made the decision to take my career in a new direction. I earned my Affiliate Brokers license and joined Century 21 Legacy in the Spring of 2007. It has proven to be one of the best decisions I have ever made. Becoming a Realtor has given me the opportunity to enjoy the work I do, help people through the most important processes they will ever go through, and earn a living at the same time. Throughout my years of specialized service to military and corporate relocation clients, I've provided integrity, honesty, and loyal service to every family I have had the privilege to assist. Whether I am helping someone sell their property, find a new home, invest for their future or relocate their family, it is always rewarding to know I was able to help someone who has placed their trust in me.

Buyer reviewHis office was recommended by a co-worker. That was good enough for me. Meeting Jeff was a pleasant surprise. He has the best qualities of a southern gentleman and a savvy big city agent. I hadn't intended to ask Jeff to show me 15 different houses. He did. Without complaining. He convinced me that that the most important thing for him was that I would be happy with my purchase. I am. He demonstrated patience and professionalism during my house hunt. Once he started to get "a feel" for what I was seeking, he began to suggest homes to look at. He protected my interests even when I didn't know they needed protecting. Certainly, if any one asked if I new a good agent, I would recommend Jeff Brooks. He got the job done. End result is that I am a happy homeowner.

Seller reviewJeff understood the time restraints I had with having to sell my house. Jeff in a very timely manner, came out to our house and had it listed with in days. Jeff had a buyer lined up with in less than a week and the house was under contract just as fast. Jeff is very polite, understanding, and knowledgeable. I would buy or sell with Jeff any chance that I had.

Jeff is at the pinnacle of the real estate profession. He is so polished, although he attentively listens, he rapidly gains an understanding of the family and needs and tailor's his responses and recommendations to seamlessly fit with the realistic and desired expectations. As retired military, this was the sixth home we've purchased, so we are quite accustomed to different realtors, rapidly changing markets, and varied communities.
