Jeff was extremally knowledgeable of Mandarin in Jacksonville. As overseas sellers (we moved from Jacksonville, FL 15 years ago), the time zones made selling more of a challenge, but Jeff was very happy to accommodate the different time zones and went above and beyond the call of duty to assist us, arranging many services for us and personally attending to items.
