I was formally educated in China and obtained my Bachelor in Engineering prior to coming to the United State. Before I run into real estate business, I had operated my own restaurant business for almost 20 years! He responded quickly to any of our requests,gave valuable and professional suggestions, and held our hands gently through a tough auction process. As we were interested at the auction property and we didn't know the auction process was so complicate and risk, he spent a lot of time to educate and prepare us before we went on the biding war, he firmly carried us through the process and won the bid at the price what he predicted.
