Jeffrey possesses a deep well of knowledge concerning the local real estate market, as well as contracts and forms from over 10 years on the local association's Forms Committee. Seller reviewJeffrey Ganz has been my realtor for almost 10 years now. From helping me a get a well-proportioned townhouse in Germantown in 2007 to clinching the deal for my single-family house recently, he has been a constant, friendly and reassuring presence. He is a wonderful gentleman, courteous, kind, and he has answer for everything. He also understands a customer's mindset and fluid changing needs and accordingly lines up house visits in desired areas and neighborhoods. One of the best attributes of Jeff which is highly commendable in these hyper-busy times is his prompt communication and processes related to the entire house hunting, surveying, selecting and closing processes. His emails and calls during the house selling process -when needed- is precise and prompt and helped immensely during the sales process. I would highly recommend Jeff for any of your house buying/selling or rental needs in the tri-state areas of Maryland, Virginia and D.C.
