I know that buying or selling a home is more than a simple financial transaction; it can be an emotional process as well. I take the time to understand your specific needs and effectively negotiate in your best interest to guide you through an ideal sale. In the current Real Estate market, it is more important than ever to partner with an established and successful Real Estate Agent. I have closed more than $200 million dollars and 800+ transactions in local home sales over the past 20 years. Clients choose to work with me because of my experience, ethics, and Real Estate expertise. My extensive knowledge of the Greater Madison market and neighborhoods is unparalleled. Closing over 800 properties means that at least that many contracts were drafted, inspections were completed (with amendments), appraisals were completed, and loan commitments were delivered. These are all skills that can only be honed through actual experience. I have compiled a very short list of local contractors that are honest, trustworthy, and skilled - electricians, plumbers, handy persons, painters, etc. - that are available for home owners to employ with confidence. Past client referrals are a mainstay of my business, which speaks to the excellent service provided while searching for that perfect house or selling your current home. Prior to Real Estate, I worked as a District Sales Manager for Pepsi Cola, Conagra, and Dreyers which helped in developing my people and sales skills.

Seller reviewJeff Kramer did an exceptional job both times I worked with him. He helped with the purchase of my home in Verona in Dec 2021 and the sale of it in Dec 2022. Both times everything was very hands off for me. He handled everything, the only work I had to do on my end was the lender paperwork. His online listing was amazing, using a professional photographer helped get hundreds of views. He scheduled open houses as frequently as the weather allowed. Overall a great experience, I would definitely work with him if I need to buy or sell a home in that area again.
