I know that buying or selling a home is more than a simple financial transaction; it can be an emotional process as well. I take the time to understand your specific needs and effectively negotiate in your best interest to guide you through an ideal sale. In the current Real Estate market, it is more important than ever to partner with an established and successful Real Estate Agent. I have closed more than $200 million dollars and 800+ transactions in local home sales over the past 20 years. Clients choose to work with me because of my experience, ethics, and Real Estate expertise. My extensive knowledge of the Greater Madison market and neighborhoods is unparalleled. Closing over 800 properties means that at least that many contracts were drafted, inspections were completed (with amendments), appraisals were completed, and loan commitments were delivered. These are all skills that can only be honed through actual experience. I have compiled a very short list of local contractors that are honest, trustworthy, and skilled - electricians, plumbers, handy persons, painters, etc. - that are available for home owners to employ with confidence. Past client referrals are a mainstay of my business, which speaks to the excellent service provided while searching for that perfect house or selling your current home. Prior to Real Estate, I worked as a District Sales Manager for Pepsi Cola, Conagra, and Dreyers which helped in developing my people and sales skills.

Buyer reviewI would highly recommend Jeff Kramer. He will get to know you and your family and he will work hard to understand your needs. If there's something you definitely want (or definitely don't want) he pays attention and will not waste your time with houses that don't meet your criteria. He answers his phone every time you call and will respond to emails within the hour. He is a no pressure realtor who will not try to convince you to buy something you don't want. As first time home buyers we were unsure of what we wanted, and very intimidated by the process, Jeff made us feel comfortable and answered all of our questions. He showed us over 85 houses! And never ONCE complained, or made us feel as though we were taking too long, or tried to convince us to buy.

He never pushed us to buy and continually reminded us of our stated priories. When we needed to sell quickly he made himself available and worked hard to find us a deal that worked.
