Jeff understands that buying or selling a home is one of the most important decisions his clients will ever make, and he will do whatever is needed to ensure a smooth buying/selling process. In 2022, Jeff alone sold 88 homes, closing a home roughly every 4 days. With this level of experience, he has negotiated numerous scenarios and contracts and knows this market extremely well. Jeff has lived in the Wilmington area for over 16 years, and has acquired a vast amount of knowledge of the local real estate market trends. Not only does he study the trends in the area, he attends national conferences watching the trends in other states and remains in touch with top agents worldwide to ensure he stays ahead of the market curve.
Jeff graduated from UNCW with a Masters in Business Administration which helped him gain the skills and training needed to be a top sales agent with the Century 21 brand. During his first full year with real estate, he conducted 37 transactions and earned a prestigious award with Century 21 which put him in the top 2 percent of all C21 agents. The average realtor only sells about 6-8 homes per year.
In May 2022, Jeff partnered up with a top Century 21 brokerage owner Greg Harrelson and opened Century 21 Vanguard here in the Cape Fear region. They are excited about bringing the best brand in real estate to this area and providing their clients with stellar service.
Over the past 11 years in real estate, Jeff has completed over 1,000 real estate transactions and over 195 million dollars in sales volume. He has been the #1 individual sales agent in the Cape Fear region by units from 2015-2020 and now sits as the #2 Century 21 Agent in all of North Carolina based on sales volume. In 2022, he earned the prestigious Grand Centurion Producer Award based on sales volume. Buyer reviewJeff Lesley was a pleasure to work with. I moved from Hickory NC to the Wilmington area and knew no one. My agent back in Hickory referred me to Jeff after doing some research on agents in the area that she thought would be good for me. She wasn't wrong! Jeff and his team was excellent throughout the whole process. If Jeff wasnt available, which was hardly ever the case, his assistant Kristin was and she was also very knowledgeable. If you are moving to the Wilmington area and you need a realtor I highly recommend Jeff Lesley and his team. Also, if you need a quality lender Amanda Green was awesome at Alpha Mortgage. With Jeff as your realtor and Amanda at Alpha working for you it doesn't get any easier or better! Side note: We looked at 16 homes in 2 days and closed in less then 30 days. That's how efficient they are !!

Seller reviewI have dealt over the years with many sales agents and found most all of them lacking in areas that prevented me from ever feeling any loyalty to any of them. This probably includes five or six different realtors and millions of dollars of property that I have bought and sold but Jeff is the first person to live up to professionally coming in and doing the job you would hope for. Not a bunch of grand-standing or talk, just quietly , professionally getting the job done whenever possible. Was able to not grab at the first offer knowing it could tie up the property in an unqualified buyer. He also played two buyers nicely against each other. When a horrendous property inspection came in he was able to negotiate the repair costs to half of what they wanted. Always , promptly gets back with me on any issue. I recommend Jeff Lesley anytime the subject of real estate comes up.
