Buyer reviewI ran into Jeff while driving around looking at houses. He was waiting for a client for a showing and offered to let me pop into the house to take a look around. It was very obvious Jeff was knowledgeable about the real estate market. He offered his card and told me to give him a call if interested in a realtor. I cancelled my appointment with my other realtor and engaged Jeff to help me find a house. He made my home buying process easy. He is a trusting hard worker and I appreciated his attentiveness and diligence in helping me find the right house.

Buyer reviewJeff was outstanding. This was the first time I purchased a home on my own and Jeff was there every step of the way. He answered my questions and responded promptly, attended and followed through with home inspections, worked with the sales agent and builder and sent reminder texts to make sure I stayed up-to-date on deadlines. I had a death in the family - while I was at the funeral, Jeff was covering my home inspection. It was a relief to have someone competent filling in as I was grieving a loved one. Jeff's the best and I would definitely recommend him.

Buyer reviewHis personality was one of the main reasons I liked working with him before on my first attempt and when we got further in the process and I was ready to actually purchase we basically started back like we just paused for a few days instead of it being the years it was he didn't skip a beat and was just as friendly and considerate which I greatly appreciated since it was my first time buying a Home. I hope I never have to do this over lol but if I did I would definitely see if he was available first!
