There was never a time that he did not respond to a question or concern in a timely fashion. If he did not know the answer he did whatever it took to get it. Buyer reviewJeff is amazing, I have dealt with a handful of agents in my time. Jeff is far and away the best agent I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He was readily available to show us homes, answer questions and keep us up-to-date on the buying processes. One day he even stayed late at the office for us so we could get our offer in asap! Some of Jeff's greatest strength's are his approach and customer service. We had considered a few agents before we met Jeff and right off the bat my wife and I were comfortable with Mr. Peterson. He was the best part of the buying experience. Buying a home in today's market is far more involved for the buy. Especially first time buyers who have no idea how the processes works. In order to stay relevant in a changing market, exceptional customer service and knowledge of the buying process are going to be corner stones of Agent/buyer relations. I had a issue with purchasing a property and was discouraged but with jeffs persistence and determination it willed me to keep on. He's goes above and beyond for the customer and I would recommend him to anyone which I already have and will continue to do. I just closed and found my dream property because of Jeff.
