Jeff always listened to everything I had to say. He would answer honestly and quickly. He was easy to deal with and very timely with getting things done. He explained things very well. When I texted or called him he was quick to answer. Very easy to work with. The home went up for sale on a Wednesday. We had one showing that day. They offered on it on Thursday and we went under contract on Friday. Very fast timing! It was great. Jeff was very easy to talk to. He understood my needs and helped me understand everything about the sale. Easy to communicate with by text or phone.

Jeff always met me at the house we were selling, and at my convenience. He gave great advise on ways to improve the house without spending a lot of money on it. I received regular emails from him or his assistant, so I always knew if there would be a showing, or any feedback that came from a showing. Since I had never sold a house before, I had no idea what I was doing. Jeff took over and basically did everything for me. I didn't have to worry about anything except singing papers. he was great to work with. I am now using him to sell a second house. I would recommend him to anyone wanting to sell or buy a house.
