Buyer reviewAs this was a house I bought through an auction it was a little more complicated dealing with an auction house and banks in California and title companies. With Jeff's help and staying on top of things it made my life a lot easier. Jeff is always ready to make eight o'clock calls on a Sunday night if need be. The one thing I really appreciate is he is always able to be reached and provides the info I need right away as most of my purchases are houses I flip and always are under a fast time frame to buy. I started flipping houses in the early eighties and have never used the same realtor twice, this is my second house with Jeff and I look forward to many more. When i find something that works I stick with it and that is why I recommend Jeff to all my friends, I know he wont let them down. Dan Pepoon

Every step of the way he was willing to meet me at the properties to show them regardless of the condition, weather, or price. Once I found a property to purchase, he was very professional every step of the way, right through the closing.

ONE HOUSE I REALLY LIKED I LOST BECAUSE I DID NOT TAKE JEFF`S ADVICE, HE WAS RIGHT AND I WAS WRONG. HE GAVE ME A GOOD LESSON AND THE NEXT HOME WHICH I DID PURCHASE I LISTENED TO HIM AND AM VERY HAPPY WITH THE PURCHASE. JEFF WAS NOT PUSHY LIKE SOME BROKERS ARE AND I LIKED THAT ABOUT HIM AND THATS WHY I CHOSE JEFF OVER OTHERS I COULD OF DONE BISINESS WITH.
