Seller reviewIf I were to write something about Jeff I would write just how personable, knowledgeable and polite he is. I could find no one that knew the little details about the community our property was located. Jeff also let me add my own 2 cents from time to time, even IF I was wrong! Yeah, he's just that polite and personable. We had a couple tough areas selling the house in a week through a bidding war between many potential Buyers. We also had some repair issues and Jeff worked so well with me in getting all of those issues addressed! He even took the ball on some of them and helped me take care of them. Look, I know I can be difficult as most seasoned professional can be..(Divas) but Jeff stood right by me and helped me along, working together and pulling at the same end of the rope with me in order to get this property to closing in record time! I would recommend Jeff to anyone including the closest members of my own family and that's saying a lot as prior to this, I've never heard of him or his company. In a few words.....He's absolutely incredible!

Seller reviewJeff Stull did everything that could be asked of a broker and more. He made consistent and sustained efforts to sell my father's home, and he kept me informed of every marketing effort and all responses by potential buyers on a regular basis. We entered the market at a tough time, but he stuck with it and kept up the constant marketing efforts. When we finally found a serious bidder, Jeff worked very skillfully and professionally through the negotiation process, and even helped us to find top notch professionals to do some repairs that our buyer insisted on making prior to sale. He also went the extra mile while we were on the market, periodically checking on our empty house and helping us with various tasks related to cleanout. This was especially important to me as an out-of-town seller who lives several hours away from the area. He knows the brokers in the market, he knows the professionals who service houses, and he knows how to do his job. He also manages to run an office that displays good teamwork, answering phones promptly, taking messages and making sure that calls get returned. All in all, I was very impressed with his service and would recommend him to others.
