Since we were not able to travel to Tennesse for final inspection or closing, we depended on Jen Kenny for everything! Jen & her team handled every situation that came up, and we felt blessed to have her there working on our behalf!

Buyer reviewWorking with Jen Kenney on the purchase of our rental property was an extremely positive experience. She was very helpful and instrumental in the negotiation process. Admittedly, our dealings with the Lender and Title Agency were less than satisfactory, but Jen was able to step in on our behalf several times, and help us get the deal across the finsih line. She worked closly with the Seller's agent to hold them to their promises, and even worked with us after lcosing to make sure we were set uup for sucecss as we started to rent out the property. I would highly recommend working with Jen, and hope to be able to partner with her again in the future.
