I am a very successful young woman that specializes in the sale of new and existing homes in several different parts of Oklahoma's metro areas. I am known for outstanding client service, 24/7 availability, high tech marketing techniques, personal touches, and as a skilled negotiator with my client's best interest at heart. I believe strongly that it is not only my duty to represent my clients to the best of my ability, but also to educate them throughout every step of the process armed with top notch information and market insight, so that my clients make the best decisions possible. I am honest, sometimes telling clients things they might not want to hear, hardworking, kind, and extremely knowledgeable about the real estate industry in today's market. My business solely depends on the referrals from past clients so for that I strive every day to help people find exactly what they are looking for and for the right price. I am extremely blessed and thankful to get to work with the people that I come in contact with daily.In my free time I love to be with family and friends. From watching my nieces and nephew in school programs, having a weekend getaway with my Sister and Mother, to golfing with my Dad, or skiing in Colorado with friends, I enjoy every moment I get to spend with the people that I love. She helped us navigate a difficult buying process, being unable to visit OK from NC in the Summer of 2020 due to both military orders and the birth of our first child. Before Jenica, we never would've imagined buying a house remotely but she made us feel comfortable and confident in the purchasing process. She was always quick to respond and communicate with both us and the sellers, and went above and beyond in helping us move in. We knew we wanted to enlist her skills again when it came time to sell our home, and despite a begrudgingly slow market she never wavered in her efforts to get our home seen and sold. We wish she had her license in CO because she would have clients for life with us.
