Buyer reviewJenn sold a home and helped us with a purchase all at once. I have purchased three homes, but this was the first time selling. Jenn came in and sold my house in less than 48 hours (seems false but it is the truth) and stuck with us to find our perfect house. My wife and I had very particular taste and Jenn stopped at nothing to find our perfect house. She never once lacked conviction or motivation and always had an awesome attitude. I will be calling Jenn in the future for our investment properties.

Buyer reviewWhen I first spoke with Jenn, I explained my circumstances and she immediately got to work finding homes that fit my criteria. Within 5 days of our initial meeting, we were able to make offers on two different homes, the second of which was accepted. Jenn was also able to work the numbers so that I would not have to come out of pocket at closing. I felt very comfortable working with Jenn and trusted that she would guide me along the way, considering this was my first home purchase. I will always refer Jenn and will definitely work with her in the future. Regardless of any questions I had, Jenn was always quick to respond and more than willing to help. Although I felt like a nuisance at times, she assured me that I was not and advised me on what I needed to do each step of the way.

Seller reviewJenn was awesome! She effectively marketed our property resulting in a sale in less than a week. When the deal fell through due to the buyers financing she immediately contacted some other perspective buyers and we had a second accepted offer within a day.
