Before joining CENTURY 21 Waterfront I spent five years in commercial real estate sales and leasing. Seller reviewJenna Nicol's regular communication with us by email and phone calls was outstanding. There was something of concern that Jenna consulted her other broker staff on. We were very impressed that, if Jenna didn't have experience with something, others in her office were right there to advise. Though we had complete confidence in Jenna's capabilities and experience, it was reassuring to know she had additional expert support. Jenna is so sincere, genuine and good natured, we just fell in love with her!! Serious and dynamic about her marketing, she provided beautiful photos and asked for feedback on her presentations. Jenna is very sharp and highly professional in a warm, approachable way. We couldn't be more pleased having chosen her to represent us. We are convinced if we had hired Jenna instead of two other agents in the past, we would have sold our lake property years ago. She is THE BEST!!!

Buyer reviewI met Jenna many years ago and consider her a genuine, honest, hardworking, diligent person and more importantly, a friend. I knew she was a person I'd call when my husband and I wanted to purchase a waterfront property. I have had interactions with realtors in the past who are hard pressure and aggressive. I am not interested in this approach. Working with Jenna was a gift. She was extraordinarily detail oriented, efficient, and humorous when we became overwhelmed a bit with the details. There are a lot of realtors out there and Jenna should be everyone's first choice.
