Before joining CENTURY 21 Waterfront I spent five years in commercial real estate sales and leasing. Seller reviewMy previous experience with realtors has been negative. I feel in most instances they were overly compensated for too little effort . I have generally felt ripped off. With Jenna it is completely different . She had a myriad of details to deal with. She satisfied all the requirements efficiently. She could scarcely have been more energetic and pleasant to work with. If this were a graduation ceremony I would rate her summa cum laude. Marv Hathhorn

Seller reviewJenna was willing to take on a property that was difficult to sell and put effort in to getting it sold. Jenna did all the work for this sale. It was unfortunate that she had to share the commission with the buyers realtor as she not only went above and beyond for me (her client), she did work that should've been done by the buyers realtor to ensure a smooth acquisition for them. Jenna was a pleasure to work with and kept me informed throughout our partnership.

Buyer reviewJenna made sure all parties were kept in the "loop" down to the people at the electric company. It was a tough sale as the listing agent was not very experienced and even gave Jenna the wrong address which required redoing all documents to show proper address. Jenna handled the issue with grace and got all the problems fixed and still closed on time.
