Jenna has excellent local knowledge of the area and was always there when we needed her most. We were living more than four hours away from the area we wanted to buy in, so it was critical for us to have an agent we could trust and rely on. Once we found the home we really wanted, Jenna arranged for a showing the following morning and met us at the door when we arrived...after a four hour drive! :-)

Jenna Smeltzer-Pritchard was a FANTASTIC agent!! From shoveling snow so we could get in at a showing to fighting for us to close. She lined up 7-8 showings every time we were in town(which was once a month for a weekend...we were traveling to Michigan from Virginia). Would I recommend her?? A big YES!! Thank you Jenna Smeltzer-Pritchard for everything. :)

WORKING WITH JENNA WAS LIKE WORKING WITH AN OLD FRIEND OR FAMILY MEMBER. SHE WAS VERY PERSONABLE AND PATIENT WITH ME. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER TO ANYONE. I WOULD DEFINITELY USE HER AGAIN. SHE MADE SURE I UNDERSTOOD EVERYTHING BEFORE WE MOVED ON WHICH WAS A BLESSING FOR ME. I LIVE ABOUT 4 HOURS AWAY AND SHE WAS WILLING TO HELP WITH LOCAL ISSUES FOR ME.
