Jennie was assigned to us through the relocation process but we felt like we won the lottery. She was great about keeping us informed of current status and next steps. She went out of her way to help provide additional information about schools and activities for the kids. We have other family considering relocation to the area and we would absolutely recommend Jennie and C21 to them.

Jennie is awesome, very sweet, went beyond her responsibilities to help us, and easy to work with. She was very helpful not only in looking out houses for us but also sent us information for all the kids activities and school systems. She was always available whenever we needed her and guided us well with some of the things we would have ignored as we are not from Indiana. She made our house search easy for us and assisted at each step for our house closing. Her knowledge about the area and schools is great. I highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a realtor. Even though we closed the house, I know that I can always reach out to her anytime in the future.

I am so thankful for Jeff leading us to Jennie. While I realize he does not know her personally, she was an excellent match to mine and my husband's personalities and our expectations. Jennie was so kind to stick with us when we decided to put the brakes on our listing in October and wait until spring. That was extremely helpful and we ended up selling for more in the end. Also the photos of our home were spectacular and Jennie hired a cleaning crew to get the house ready for the new owners. That was a load off of my mind and very much appreciated!!! I researched extensively before selecting Jennie as my agent, because I wanted someone who had reliable reviews, whom I knew I could trust. Living 3+ hours away from Indianapolis and being naive to the sale process, I knew I would need someone who was knowledgeable, considerate, and worked with integrity. I believed researching other customer reviews, sales records, etc. would help guide me towards an agent I would want to work with. Indeed, I was correct, because it directed me toward Jennie. She was outstanding, and the reviews were spot on. Jennie was everything I could have hoped for in an agent. She was patient, straightforward, knowledgeable and kind. She provided sound guidance on the sale process (which was new to me) to ensure we priced the house to be attractive in a cooling market, staged it to be appealing to buyers, and repaired and fixed anything to ensure compliance with terms of the sale. She worked closely with the HOA, even when the maintenance team was uncooperative. Truly, she is an outstanding agent, and I will sing her praises to anyone looking to sell their home, because I know they'll have an excellent partner in Jennie. I do not check "excellent" off lightly. I had high expectations coming into the process, because I knew I would need someone who was knowledgeable, patient, and worked with integrity. These are not qualities that everyone possesses, but Jennie does. She took the time to learn what was most important to me, and she worked within those boundaries. She was also flexible enough to be responsive when new information was available and we needed to make sure to consider all information to make informed decisions. Her counsel was thoughtful and courteous. I really appreciated Jennie. I would recommend highly, because I had a great experience. Everything moved quickly and to my satisfaction. Plus, Jennie had recommended services providers (cleaners, electricians, etc.) who helped provide services that were excellent and of fair market value.
