Buyer reviewWe have had Jen as our realtor 3 times. We wouldn't trust anyone else to handle our selling and buying! She is amazing. Truly the best realtor you could want. Always keeps you in the loop of what's going on. Jen is someone you can depend on and is very knowledgeable in her field. Definitely would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell.

Seller reviewJen sold us our first home in 2007 and I knew she would be the one to list an estate sale. Losing a relative is hard enough as it is, but we were lucky to have Jen to walk us through the entire process. She was always available to answer our questions too. Jen provided a detailed market analysis & suggested what we should list the condo for and explained the pros/cons. We appreciated how thorough the analysis was and gave us a better understanding of the market. We went with her suggestion and it sold in 3 days! Jen also connected us with her lawyer, Kazda Law Firm, for the contract/closing process and they were phenomenal. Everyone worked as a team and kept us informed. Hiring a realtor is the best decision anyone can make when buying or selling and Jen is your girl! She's super friendly, kind, professional and, most importantly, responsive - You can see how much she cares for her clients. Thanks for all your help Jen!

Buyer reviewJennifer Amelio is by far the best real estate agent I have ever worked with. She was there to answer any question I had at any hour. I would send her a house I was interested in and she would have us in for a showing right away. She knew the areas and knew how to answer any questions I had once we were in the property. She made everything about buying a house easy - from the lender to the inspection to the lawyer. She was able to recommend every one so I did not have to worry. Jen was respectful, knowledgeable, and most importantly she cared. I will recommend Jen to every person I meet and I am so thankful I got to work with her and was able to find my home with her!
