I also make sure the public knows your home is for sale by using innovative advertising and marketing techniques on social media to attract qualified buyers. For BUYERS, I am listening to your wants/needs and will be patient with you while searching for the perfect home to fit your lifestyle. Once the home is identified, I will spend time going over the market comps so that you make an educated offer. Then I have a team of experts to address inspections and I will make it a smooth process for you every step of the way.

Seller reviewJennifer Beveridge helped us through a difficult selling process (from our side), where one of our partners was very uncooperative during that process. It took patience and willingness on her part to work with us, first to get us all to the listing stage and then across the finish line. Jennifer went over and beyond just the sale. As Canadians not on location she handled all the updating (painting, etc.) and the maintenance issues that popped up during the inspection and escrow stage (ie. broken AC two days before closing). She arranged it all and then made sure it was completed satisfactorily in order to close the deal. We greatly appreciate her diligence!
