Seller reviewWe've known Jennifer for a long time and didn't consider anyone else to sell our property. The closing was delayed, but Jennifer and our attorney had all of the paperwork completed and ready to go. This property's location made it a little challenging to sell, but Jennifer got it done!

The sales process is a tough process as there are many hands that reach out to take money from you in the purchase or sale of a house and there's a lot at stake. She is knowledgeable about the market and helped come up with a plan to sell the house and was helpful when it came time to negotiate and make decisions. I feel certain that with her help I got the best sale possible and that it was the most pleasant it could be. Overall it was a great experience to have Jennifer on my side.
