Jen was a great agent to work with. I first met Jen at an open house, and at that time, I was just browsing and had no real plan in place. I had been on the house hunt for a few years, met with a few other agents, and just did not have a good experience overall. Jen listened to what I was looking for and immediately provided me with very helpful information and a plan to get back in the search. We looked at a few listings and at each one, she was able to tell if I liked the place or not, answered every question I had, and never rushed me into making any decisions. Jen has been fantastic throughout our home purchasing process. Jen and I first connected over social media when I inquired about real estate agents in Southeastern Michigan. My family was living in Maryland at the time, and my husband had recently gotten a new job in the area, so we had a short amount of time to move and find a new home. Although we were hundreds of miles away, Jen took the time to familiarize us with the area, learn about what we were looking for in our new home, and tirelessly research available options that met our needs.
