She not only secured a comfortable bid for the house. She also was able to acquire far more amenities, credits back to me, even when the sellers and their agent were adamant on not helping with any of the closing cost or repairs of the property. Which in this kind of market speaks for itself when it comes to her negotiating skills. Bar none Jennifer Concha has proven to be on a class of her own, especially during the most explosive and fast pace market we are currently in. I would truly recommend her to friends, families and anyone who would be in the market to purchase or sell a house. Me working nights (6pm-7am) was some what difficult for me to have a normal 9-5 "schedule" when going to house viewing and or trying to look for houses that are available. Jennifer Concha was understanding of this and went the extra mile to views houses of my "liking" and the style of house I was in the market for. All the houses she presented to me were everything I had asked for and more. She worked with my odd hours and at times was up well past her working hours (10pm-12am) to help me in answering questions, concerns and making sure to schedule home tours to the houses I was interested in. Jennifer Concha has already been recommended to my fellows coworkers interested in purchasing a home based on the great things I have had to say about her and the purchase process she made possible. Esperanza my transaction coordinator was incredibly professional, accommodating, and she was very knowledgeable in managing all the documents in dealing with the purchase of a home. She ensured I was very aware of all the documents that she presented, and thoroughly explained all the documents before she had me sign off on them. Which was the reason I felt secure in everything I signed throughout this process. And I have Jennifer Concha to thank for having assembled a team that made my first purchase of a home comfortable, and with a sense of security that money can't buy.
