Jennifer is a Texan and has years of experience in DFW. We wanted a quick turnaround and right sale pricing too. These were our considerations in selecting an agent. Jennifer displayed Top notch effort with people and has a pleasant personality. She was patient and caring. We trusted her, and she did not let us down. We can't stress enough the wonderful job Jennifer did for us. Buying this house since the beginning became a challenge. Our home was a new built and Jennifer new we really liked the house, but the builder and seller were not favorable to work with. They unreasonably imposed all types of conditions, but Jennifer removed that stress for us. She handled these people with tact and went above and beyond that call of her duties to ensure were were represented properly. Jennifer is friendly, detailed oriented and knows her trait extremely well. She is also proactive and loyal and puts Jude Fite in a favorable spotlight.

Jennifer Frank was just outstanding. We had placed our home in our market with another agent. After time, and not gett favorable results, we decided to take property off the market. A couple of days later, Jennifer approached us regarding sale of our home. Based on her demeanor, knowledge and proactiveness to sale our home, we decided to give selling our home another chance. But it was because of Jennifer that we decided to move forward. Our house sold based on Jennifer's continuous hard work! We are so please with her strong efforts!

Realtor"s character, personality, knowledge, willingness to listen and understand needs and wants, no high pressure sales, great ethics, never giving up as we viewed several homes. Returned all our calls or texts. JENNIFER FRANK was the realtor for us. Questions always addressed. Even helps with builder addressing punch list. Her tenaciousness, and friendliness stands above others! We would highly recommend her to any one needing to sell home or purchase a home. We can not say enough regarding how pleased with our choice selecting Jennifer Frank as our Realtor. She is an excellent realtor. Very easy to work with. My wife's mother was a multimillionaire dollar realtor in west Texas for 20+ years , so Jennifer had to have qualifications that really stood out, (high standards, knowledge, patience, and willingness to work hard ) to help us find our home. Jennifer was just great!

I received numerous calls and letters after I took my house off the market when it didn't sell with the first realtor. Jennifer was the only agent who actually came to the house.
