Seller reviewI/we needed a quick sale for a reasonable price. We had a contingent contract on a home in Texas. No agent we know but Jennifer Goddard could have done that! She knows the market and similar homes sold in the area. She nailed the asking price. Even announced a "coming soon" while we ratified the sales contract and took care of some minor details and documentation before actual listing. On the day it was listed, we could see people driving buy and before the day was done, appointments had been made to show the house right away. We had a good offer in 2 or 3 days. It happened so quickly that I don't recall if it was 2 or 3 days. New Millennium and especially Jennifer Goddard are the absolute best!
