I entered the real esate profession by being mentored by my father-in-law who had been in the business for many, many, years. Finally, we were confident enough with the sale of our own home to start considering offers on homes listed on Centurey21 web site that Jennifer helped screen to our preferences, which were always changing somewhat. Jennifer was very professional and very patient. We were able to get into see a property within a day or less of when we identified something we were interested in. The local real estate market was very active and often required quick investigations and quick good decision making. Jennifer was able to coach us on our strategy and was very efficient at getting an offer in when the time was right. Jennifer provided good advise in preparing an offer and was also helpful in chasing down information we needed to make the necessary decisions. Final closing had no surprises which is always appreciated! We will definitely recommend Jennifer to anyone interested in buying or selling a home.
