Jennifer Hilla-Josefowicz epitomizes integrity, confidence, energy and hard work in every detail of your real estate transaction. Jennifer grew up in northeastern Pennsylvania and began her real estate career in 2004. She has worked every aspect of the industry representing sellers, buyers, investors, and banks in both the residential and commercial markets; as well as closing many short sale transactions. In her real estate career, Jennifer attained multi-million dollar status consecutively. In addition to her real estate expertise, Jennifer brings with her experience in law enforcement and residential/commercial restoration industries and general construction.
Jennifer is a family woman with a devotion to God; her husband, Dr. Michael Josefowicz, her children, Caitlyn and Zachary; step-children, Taylor and Melody; and her grandson, Gavin. She resides in Mountain Top. In her free time, Jennifer enjoys traveling to Florida (home to be in the near future) and the Caribbean with her family. She loves a good game of golf with her husband. She is an active member of the Greater Wilkes-Barre Chamber of Commerce, where she serves as an Ambassador, and also devotes time to organizing and volunteering at local events and charities. This market has been extremely tough for us given our budget, but that did not discourage Jennifer at all. With a smile on her face, she helped paint the path for us and gave us tips and tricks to make our offer more appealing. What is really amazing is that she went out of her way to negotiate the house that we purchased. In this COVID market, it is extremely tough to negotiate, but she did it! She got us an AMAZING deal on our new home! We are so happy that we chose her and cannot wait to settle into our beautiful home.
